I first explored excel in my exploration into Data Science and AI. It led me to conducted an in-depth analysis of a year's sales data from Marvens Pizza Place using Power Query and Pivot table, using detailed datasets from Maven Analytics. I examined orders, pizza varieties, and other information to uncover insights about customer preferences and revenue trends. When working with real-world data, I came across large, complex datasets with multiple dimensions. In this project, I evaluated the effectiveness of three different dimensionality reduction methods - Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), and Autoencoders - to improve the performance of machine learning models. I used two real-world health datasets related to diabetes and developed an application to predict diabetic status.
